AI-School applies, among others, the following retention periods:

• Application data: 4 weeks, with consent 12 months.
• Contact details: 3 years after the end of the agreement or the last contact moment.
• Information requests, complaints: 3 years after handling your request or complaint.
• Transaction data: 5 years, including products and services purchased.
• Financial data: 7 years in accordance with the applicable statutory period.
• Chat history: 3 months for chat messages, lessons/groups until the end of the school year.

Security measures

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unlawful use and access to your personal data by unauthorized persons.

AI-School does this, among other things, through the use of passwords, a password policy and password encryption. These security measures are regularly tested for vulnerabilities by a professional third party and are supplemented or tightened where necessary.
