Connect Google Drive or OneDrive and save documents directly in the right place

Have you just created a useful lesson plan, a new test or an interactive assignment in AI-School? From now on, you no longer need to download these documents to your computer first and then move them manually. With the new Drive connections feature, you can easily link your own online folders to your AI-School account.

You can connect Google Drive (including Shared Drives), OneDrive and SharePoint. After linking your account once, use the folder picker to select the specific folder you want to use. You can even create multiple connections for different subjects, classes or projects.

As soon as the connection is active, you can send files from File Manager or directly from the document view in AI-School to the chosen online folder with one click. That way, your teaching materials stay neatly organised within your school’s cloud environment, without unnecessary extra steps.

Want to get started? In AI-School, go to your Preferences, choose Drive connections and click Add connection to link your favourite school folders.
