Creating or customizing a Word template is easier with AI assistance for templates. Upload an existing Word file and let AI-School generate a proposal for a template that your school organization can use.

AI-School recognizes the fields in the document and helps turn them into the right tags. This means you spend less time manually determining where tags such as school, employee, or recipient details should go.

The existing formatting and logo from the Word file are preserved. You can also indicate what you would like to change. Then, take your time reviewing the proposed text and fields, preview the result, and save the template when everything is correct.

This is useful for letters, forms, reports, and other documents that are regularly used within the school.

In template management, go to Create with AI, or open an existing template and choose Customize with AI.
