AI-School has a comprehensive management environment. Depending on the settings for each role, you will see the following tiles:

Each board receives its own environment within AI-School. This environment must be selected before login options are displayed.

Models can be configured per environment. These models only work if the related API Key is also entered (and working) for the environment.

After the basic environment setup, schools must first be added.

After adding schools, employees can be added per school. In the toolbar, you'll find a switch to toggle between schools.
📄️ Managing Subjects
After adding schools, subjects must be added.
📄️ Managing Groups
You can best interpret groups within AI School as homeroom groups. A student must be linked to a homeroom group in the system. So you will first need to create groups before you can import students.
📄️ Limitations
In AI-School, you can set various limitations to regulate the application's use. These limitations help manage costs and promote responsible usage by students and staff.
📄️ Managing Students
After adding groups, students can be added per group. In the toolbar, you'll find a switch to toggle between groups. You can best interpret groups within AI School as base groups. A student must be linked to a base group in the system. This link, in turn, ensures the connection with the correct school.
📄️ Managing Class Groups
Class groups are particularly useful when a school wants to enable the "Anonymous Login" feature for students. In this case, the school does not create permanent accounts for students, but provides access based on a temporary code. The code is linked to a class group. This allows the teacher to track students during the session.
📄️ Chat Messages Dashboard
Via the "Chat Messages" tile, you gain insight into the average number of chat messages and images per active account. This provides an indication of Fair Use for the environment's usage.
📄️ Chats Dashboard
Via the "Chats" tile, you get insight into the total API costs of the current month.
📄️ Managing Assistants
In the management environment, board administrators can get an overview of all assistants created within the organization. They can view, share, and make these assistants available board-wide.
