Privacy Protection (PII)
The Privacy Protection tile lets AI-School automatically check chat messages for personally identifiable information (PII) before they are sent to the AI. Per category, you configure how the system handles detected data.
Access Times
Via Access Times you determine when students can chat. This setting does not apply to employees and is deliberately separate from AI Policy.
Onboarding
The Onboarding tile in the management environment lets you configure what users see during their first login. You can show a pop-up message and require an onboarding video before the first-login steps are completed.
Following up on Theme Alerts
The Theme Alerts screen is intended for authorized administrators and teachers. Administrators only see alerts within their permitted schools; teachers only see alerts from groups to which they are linked as a teacher via Select groups. Direct access to the Firestore collection is blocked; the overview and handling run through server-side authorization checks.
