Managing Models
On the page Management Environment → AI Settings → Models, you decide which AI providers are available in the environment. Users then choose a preferred provider themselves under Preferences. The concrete models come from AI-School's central model catalog and are no longer manually chosen per environment from a models list.
System Prompts
Through System Prompts you determine which fixed instructions the AI receives at every new chat. The prompt is not visible in the conversation but directs tone, explanation style, target audience, and content frameworks, among others.
AI Policy
For teachers: policy by group or student
Tools
Via the Tools tile in the AI settings area, you configure which tools and integrations are available per AI provider. This determines which additional capabilities the AI can use in a conversation, such as internet searching, image generation, calculations, route planning, or information recording.
Features
Through Features you centrally determine which AI functions are available. This is the only management page for these function rights; the Restrictions step in the environment contains only usage limits.
