Setting up Branding
As a super admin, you can customise the look and feel of your environment. Go to Management → Basic Information → Branding. These settings override the default environment settings so your organisation is recognisable to users.
Name
You can set a custom title for the environment. This appears in the browser tab and at the top of the toolbar. If left empty, the default environment name is used.
Colours
You can configure four colours:
- Primary colour — Main colour of the environment, visible in buttons, the environment badge in the toolbar, and user initials.
- Secondary colour — Accent colour for secondary buttons and elements.
- Tertiary colour — Additional accent colour for specific UI elements.
- Light background accent colour — Background colour for light accents and cards.
Leave a colour field empty to keep the environment's default colour.
Logos
You can configure two logos:
- Logo for dark background — Shown in the toolbar and side menu when the dark theme is active.
- Logo for light background — Shown when the light theme is active.
- Use a square logo for the best display
- Use a logo with a transparent background (PNG format recommended)
- Optimal size: ±500×500 px
Uploading a logo
Click the upload button next to the desired logo. Select an image from your computer. The logo is automatically uploaded and the URL is filled in. Then save the settings.
You can also manually enter a URL of an externally hosted logo in the URL field.
Saving
Click Save to save the branding settings. Changes are immediately visible after reloading the page. Use Restore defaults to reset all fields to the environment's default values.
Only users with the Super Admin role can change the branding settings. Business admins can view the current settings.
