Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration allows the AI to access your calendar appointments, create new appointments, and help you plan your schedule.
Capabilities
With this integration, the AI can:
- 📅 View appointments - See what's on your schedule
- ➕ Create appointments - Add new appointments
- 🔄 Edit appointments - Modify existing appointments
- 🗑️ Delete appointments - Remove appointments
- 🔍 Search - Find specific appointments
Setting Up
Step 1: Enable the Integration
An administrator must first enable Google Calendar in the admin panel:
- Go to Admin Panel > Integrations
- Enable Google Calendar
- Configure the allowed actions
Step 2: Connect Your Account
As a user:
- Open the Settings in AI School
- Go to Integrations
- Click Connect next to Google Calendar
- Log in with your Google account
- Allow the requested permissions
Usage Examples
Once connected, you can ask the AI:
- "What appointments do I have tomorrow?"
- "Schedule a meeting with Jan next Tuesday at 10 AM"
- "Cancel my appointment with the dentist"
- "When am I free next week?"
- "Create a recurring weekly meeting"
Permissions
The integration requests the following permissions:

Security
- ✅ OAuth 2.0 authentication
- ✅ No password stored
- ✅ Revocable at any time via Google account settings
- ✅ Only access to calendars you allow
Troubleshooting
Integration Not Working?
- Check that you're logged in to the correct Google account
- Verify the integration is enabled by your administrator
- Try reconnecting the integration
Can't See All Calendars?
Only calendars to which you have granted access are visible. Check your Google Calendar sharing settings.
