Google Calendar

The Google Calendar integration allows the AI to access your calendar appointments, create new appointments, and help you plan your schedule.

Capabilities​

With this integration, the AI can:

  • πŸ—‘οΈ Delete appointments - Remove appointments
  • πŸ” Search - Find specific appointments

Setting Up​

Step 1: Enable the Integration​

An administrator must first enable Google Calendar in the admin panel:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Integrations
  2. Enable Google Calendar
  3. Configure the allowed actions

Step 2: Connect Your Account​

As a user:

  1. Open the Settings in AI School
  2. Go to Integrations
  3. Click Connect next to Google Calendar
  4. Log in with your Google account
  5. Allow the requested permissions

Usage Examples​

Once connected, you can ask the AI:

  • "What appointments do I have tomorrow?"
  • "Schedule a meeting with Jan next Tuesday at 10 AM"
  • "Cancel my appointment with the dentist"
  • "When am I free next week?"
  • "Create a recurring weekly meeting"

Permissions​

The integration requests the following permissions:

Security​

  • βœ… OAuth 2.0 authentication
  • βœ… No password stored
  • βœ… Revocable at any time via Google account settings

Troubleshooting​

Integration Not Working?​

  1. Check that you're logged in to the correct Google account
  2. Verify the integration is enabled by your administrator
  3. Try reconnecting the integration

Can't See All Calendars?​

Only calendars to which you have granted access are visible. Check your Google Calendar sharing settings.
