Google Drive
The Google Drive integration allows the AI to access files in your Google Drive, helping you find, read, and organize documents.
Capabilities
With this integration, the AI can:
- 📁 Browse files - See your Drive structure
- 📄 Read documents - View content of files
- 🔍 Search - Find specific files
- 📊 Analyze - Process content of documents
- ➕ Create - Make new documents (if enabled)
Setting Up
Step 1: Enable the Integration
An administrator must first enable Google Drive in the admin panel:
- Go to Admin Panel > Integrations
- Enable Google Drive
- Configure which actions are allowed
Step 2: Connect Your Account
As a user:
- Open the Settings in AI School
- Go to Integrations
- Click Connect next to Google Drive
- Log in with your Google account
- Allow the requested permissions
Usage Examples
Once connected, you can ask the AI:
- "Find the document about the project proposal"
- "Summarize the content of the annual report"
- "Search for all Excel files from this month"
- "What documents are in the 'Marketing' folder?"
- "Analyze the figures in this spreadsheet"

Limitations
- Very large files may not be fully processed
- Some protected documents are inaccessible
- Real-time collaboration is not visible
Troubleshooting
Files Not Visible?
- Check that the files are in your own Drive (not just shared)
- Verify the integration has the correct permissions
- Try searching with different terms
Can't Read File?
Some files have extra protection. Check the sharing settings in Google Drive.
